When you contact Tomer, the details you choose to share are used to reply and discuss your photography session. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
Your privacy
Personal inquiry details are not sold or rented. You may request correction or deletion of information you have shared by contacting Tomer.
The Instagram link opens a third-party service. Messages and account information there are handled under Instagram's own privacy terms.
Portfolio images
Permission for publishing client photographs is agreed with the client. Any specific limits on sharing or use should be discussed before the session.
Terms of service
Booking & changes
Session details, date confirmation and cancellation or rescheduling arrangements are agreed directly before booking. The written agreement for your session takes precedence.
Delivery
The gallery format, edited image selection and delivery timeline are agreed for each shoot. Please refer to your session agreement for the confirmed details.
Copyright & usage
Tomer retains copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing. Personal, company and commercial usage rights are set out in your session agreement.
